What does the flat rate include?
The $109.99 price is a full dryer vent cleaning, not a quick lint-trap vacuum. The technician connects a high-pressure blower and runs a rotary brush through the vent from the dryer to the outside hood, then inspects the vent for mechanical issues. The HOA special adds a written inspection and a written certificate for the association.
The HOA written inspection, as listed on the coupons page, checks:

3. Length and size of the duct
4. Type of duct
5. Number of turns and elbows
6. The outside vent
The HOA offer also lists a two months warranty and “100% result and satisfaction.”
