Piscataway houses, rentals and townhouses
Piscataway has everything from older single-family houses in New Market and Possumtown to rentals near Rutgers and townhouse communities. Rental homes can go years between cleanings, and dust builds with each new tenant.
Air duct cleaning for Piscataway homes
Piscataway is one of New Jersey's oldest municipalities (formed in 1666), and its housing reflects decades of steady growth: the Census median build year is 1975, and about 57% of homes were built before 1980. That is older than most of its Middlesex County neighbors, which means a lot of original or decades-old ductwork.
Residents still use local section names such as New Market, Possumtown, Fieldville, Lake Nelson, Bound Brook Heights and Society Hill, and we work in all of them. Housing is mixed: about 56% single-family detached homes, plus townhouses, apartments and rentals; roughly one in three homes is renter-occupied. Our dryer vent and HOA coupons fit townhouse and condo communities, and between tenants is a good time for landlords to have ducts cleaned.
Large parts of Rutgers University's Busch and Livingston campuses, plus SHI Stadium, sit inside the township. Homes near campus that turn over every year collect plenty of dust and pet dander in the ducts, and a cleaning before a new lease is an easy fix.
