South Brunswick villages and their homes
South Brunswick includes Dayton, Monmouth Junction, Kendall Park, Kingston and Deans. Kendall Park's first ranch homes went up in stages starting in 1956-57, so some systems here are among the oldest forced-air layouts in the township.
Air duct cleaning for South Brunswick homes
South Brunswick grew quickly from about 18,000 residents in 1980 to more than 47,000 by 2020, and its homes show it. The Census median build year is 1987, about 49% of homes were built from 1980 to 1999, and about 21% are attached townhouses, one of the highest shares in the area.
Many people here say they live in Dayton, Monmouth Junction, Kendall Park, Kingston or Deans rather than South Brunswick, and we serve all of them. Kendall Park, begun in 1957, has the township's older post-war homes. Many of the newer townhouse communities have HOA rules for yearly dryer vent maintenance, and our HOA coupon includes a written certificate.
Much of the township's 42 square miles is still woodland, wetland and open space, including Pigeon Swamp State Park. Even with all that open space, the township has grown from about 18,000 residents in 1980 to more than 47,000 in 2020, so many South Brunswick homes and townhouses are 25 to 45 years old. If the ducts in those homes have never been cleaned, they are due.
